In Loving Memory of Juliana Peltier
Born on the beautiful island of Dominica, in the parish of Point Michel, Juliana was the second of twelve children and the eldest of four girls to Peter and Martha Joseph Peltier. Her life was a testament to her faith, as a devout Christian who spent years worshipping and living by the teachings of Christ.
A beloved mother, Juliana raised six children: Belinda, Leona, Darren, Sherryn, Frankie, and Ryan. Her love extended through generations to her sixteen grandchildren, Shenice, Trei, Mia, Miekka, Mya, Kennesha, Zamiel, Shyheim, Shamyi, CJ, Tiara, TJ, Tayja, Tyrome, Tavell, Amour-Riye, and Renezmae—and her three great-grandchildren: Lemàe, Iziah, and Zicai.
Juliana was a creative soul who found joy in her hobbies. She loved knitting, making jewellery, doing her nails, and playing bingo. But above all, she cherished her time in Dominica. The sun gave her such good energy, and being back home made her feel healthy and at peace. Her greatest wish was to return one more time to the island she loved so dearly.
Juliana’s memory will forever be a source of strength and comfort to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
